Platform
Campus communications and academic data in one mobile app
What we ship today: one feed for official news, calendars scoped to your organisation, SIS data where students already work, and community channels you can moderate.
Campus comms
Broadcasts with cohort targeting
Editors publish from a web console. Students get a ranked feed with attachments, push rules you control, and receipts when you need proof a cohort saw a deadline.
- Slice audiences by faculty, year, course, or custom tags
- Throttle notifications so faculties do not spam the whole institution
- Pin crisis or exam-week messages without editing code
News feed
Events
RSVP-ready calendars tied to the same feed
Career fairs, faculty sessions, and course deadlines share one calendar model. Organisers see who registered; students add to their agenda without a separate ticketing portal.
- Publish at university, faculty, or course scope
- Attendance lists exportable for accreditation or room planning
- Promoted events can auto-create a matching announcement

Rosters
Timetable blocks inside the app
We call your roster provider’s API after SSO (for example MyTimetable where deployed) so slots update when the vendor updates. Offline behaviour follows your policy; we can discuss caching for field trips or exam halls.
- Today/week views with location metadata when the integration exposes it
- Respects time zones and daylight savings from the vendor feed
- No student-managed credentials beyond Entra ID

Marks
SIS results next to the announcement that explains them
Course totals, partial grades, and progress indicators come from your SIS APIs. Access checks mirror what the SIS already enforces: no peer can open another student’s transcript.
- Per-course drill-down when your SIS exposes assessment components (for example Osiris at many Dutch hogescholen)
- Supports retake logic as configured in your SIS
- Staff see aggregates; students see only their own rows

Community
Course chats you can moderate like any other channel
Auto-provision channels from enrolment so nobody hunts for invite links. Moderators can archive threads, flag abuse, and lock channels during exams.
- Interest groups optional; academic channels stay on by default
- Reporting flows land in the same admin console as news
- Retention windows configurable per institution policy

Profiles
Verified identity without oversharing student numbers
Profiles inherit Entra attributes you allow. Community fields (photo, bio, skills) can be toggled per cohort, and sensitive identifiers never leave the handset.
- Photo and bio optional; disabled entirely if you want a read-only campus mode
- QR-based meetups still work because the card stays on-device
- Exports respect GDPR erasure requests coordinated with your registry

Feature mapping for procurement and security reviews
We can map each module to your annexes, DPIA, and test plan template. Just ask when you book.
